This is a very scary process for most people. Our
goal is to educate our clients in the process early on so they have
an idea of what to expect.
Many alternatives exist to traditional litigation. Negotiations play an important role in letting clients make their own agreements rather than leaving everything in the hands of the court. We seek to assist in this process. No court, or attorney for that matter, will ever know your case better than you.
Sometimes divorce involves picking your battles. In many cases there is a cost benefit analysis that must be conducted between what a litigant wants and the cost effectiveness of pursuing it. Compromise on smaller issues often can lead to a satisfactory global agreement.
